Carrie received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Fort Hays State University in 2016. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and holds a license of Speech Therapy in Nebraska.

Carrie became trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy by the International Association of Orofacial Myology in 2022. After having her first son, she became very passionate about helping others overcome difficulties similar to their journey.
